CluePins organized in a way where it can serve multiple purposes covering areas from simple Geo data based social networking to more complex functionality to handle moving targets in real time, where each tracked target can report location coordinates to Service Center and this data can be viewed in real time via web based interface.

Vehicle tracking in CluePins made in a way that GPS device receives signals from GPS satellites and calculates the position, velocity and time of the vehicle. Secondly the communication system transfers the above data and other management information to service center and the GPS device's displayer. Finally the position and status of the target will be shown in time on a digital map of the service center computer. The system can be widely used in vehicle dispatching, tracking and other extended management.

People locating service works via Personal tracker that does same thing as vehicle locator plus brings generic voice communication capabilities via chosen GSM network.
